Yes. You can rent halls for group classes and rooms for individual sessions. This suits yoga teachers, body therapists, coaches, and other specialists.
What other practices besides yoga are available?
We offer massage and bodywork, dance and movement practices, breathing and stress-release methods, meditations, sound sessions, and self-discovery games and consultations.
Do you have individual sessions, not only groups?
Yes. You can book individual yoga, massage and bodywork, breathing sessions, meditations, and consultations. The format and schedule are agreed with the specialist.
How do I choose a suitable practice for my request?
You can describe your state and goals: relax, reduce stress, work with the body, or deepen self-knowledge. We will suggest yoga, meditation, bodywork, or other formats that fit your level.
Where are you located and how to get there?
We are in Moscow, within about an hour by transport from Taganskaya metro and nearby areas. Exact address and route options are shared when you sign up.
Do you hold retreats and special events?
Yes. We sometimes organize retreats, thematic workshops, and special classes like sound meditations or dance evenings. Dates and topics are announced in advance.
